Secondary School Groups – Travelling by coach to BTYSTE – drop off and pick up

All school groups travelling by coach to BTYSTE are reminded that due to the high volumes of traffic, a traffic management plan is in place.  We would ask all school groups to stick to this to help us make BTYSTE a success.

Coaches should drop off their groups on Simmonscourt Road.  School Groups will then be directed to enter the RDS site via either Gate K, or Gate A, and onto the North Paddock where tickets will be scanned for entry.  Please follow the directions of Garda, traffic management and event staff on the day.

Coaches will not be permitted to stay parked on Simmonscourt Road for more than 5 minutes.   There will be coach parking available at UCD.

When school groups are ready to leave BTYSTE, they should gather at the North Paddock again, and then proceed to their bus as directed by event staff.  Teachers are asked to please not instruct students to wait outside the Main Entrance for coach pick-up as this area must be kept clear in case of emergency.
